    Returns: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item if it is faulty or broken. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

    Conditions for Returns: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that products that are damaged as a result of misuse or negligence may not be eligible for a return.

    Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    Exchanges: If the returned item is faulty or broken due to a manufacturing defect, we may offer to replace it instead of a refund. 

    Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
